Welcome to Lowcountry Geriatrics....

Dr. Kleckley is specially trained to care for older patients with a focus on disease prevention, chronic disease management and maintenance of quality of life.  At Lowcountry Geriatrics he cares for patients who suffer from memory disorders, depression, diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arthritis, osteoporosis and other common conditions among seniors. 

Initial visits are scheduled for 1 hour and follow-up visits are allotted 30 minutes.
